- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow), sliced
- 3 cups cooked white or brown rice
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chili paste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and chili paste until combined.
- Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour half of the sauce over it. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
