  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pistachios)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk in tahini, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the melted butter mixture into the dry ingredients; mix until just combined.
  5. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan and press down lightly.
