Instructions

  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and diced caramel pieces until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
