Description

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup fresh peach preserves
  • 1/4 cup whiskey
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place on the baking sheet.
