  • 1 cup firm tofu, pressed and crumbled
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili paste (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  2. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold diagonally into a triangle, pinching to seal.
