- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
- Chocolate drizzle (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan evenly.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix well.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until no streaks remain.
- Spoon the filling into the crust, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and crushed cookies or drizzle with chocolate.
