Description

Nutter Butter Pie is a creamy, dreamy dessert featuring a crunchy cookie crust and rich peanut butter filling. Perfect for any occasion, it’s sure to impress your guests!


Ingredients

  • 24 Nutter Butter cookies
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Cool Whip or whipped cream
  • Chocolate drizzle (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan evenly.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the peanut butter and mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until no streaks remain.
  5. Spoon the filling into the crust, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, top with whipped cream and crushed cookies or drizzle with chocolate.
