Description

Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter and add chicken pieces. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, then add pasta. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender and absorbs flavors.
