- 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tbsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 3 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
