Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of culinary lavender. Bring to a gentle boil, then remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
- Stir in ½ cup of sugar until dissolved, then allow to cool.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice until you have about 1 cup, ensuring no seeds remain.
- In a large pitcher, mix the cooled lavender infusion, lemon juice, and 3 cups of cold water. Stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving over ice. Garnish with lemon slices or lavender sprigs if desired.
