  • 2 tablespoons culinary lavender
  • ½ cup sugar (or honey/agave syrup)
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of culinary lavender. Bring to a gentle boil, then remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir in ½ cup of sugar until dissolved, then allow to cool.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice until you have about 1 cup, ensuring no seeds remain.
  4. In a large pitcher, mix the cooled lavender infusion, lemon juice, and 3 cups of cold water. Stir well.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving over ice. Garnish with lemon slices or lavender sprigs if desired.
