  • 1 cup filtered water

Instructions

  2. Cut lemons in half and squeeze until you have 1 cup of lemon juice, straining to remove seeds and pulp if desired.
  3. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves completely. Let cool.
  4. Mix cooled syrup with lemon juice in a pitcher. Adjust sweetness by adding more water if needed.
