  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Slice the beef against the grain and chop vegetables.
  2. Cook the noodles: Boil lo mein noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Stir-fry the beef: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef for about 2 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  4. Sauté vegetables: Add remaining oil and stir-fry bell peppers, carrots, snap peas, and garlic for about 3 minutes until tender-crisp.
