  • 2 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, simmer bone broth. Add minced garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant (about 3 minutes).
  2. Stir in Sichuan peppercorns and soy sauce; allow flavors to meld.
  3. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
