  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
