  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together gochujang, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place marinated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), flipping halfway through.
  4. Switch the oven to broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until caramelized and slightly crispy.
  5. Let rest for five minutes, then top with chopped green onions and serve with leftover marinade.
