- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados
- 8 sheets phyllo dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté shrimp seasoned with chili powder and cumin until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mash avocados in a bowl, add lime juice, and season with salt.
- Layer 3-4 sheets of phyllo dough, cut into squares, in muffin tins to form cups.
- Fill each cup with mashed avocado followed by sautéed shrimp.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
