Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
  • 4 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder.
