  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a roasting pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pork loin in the roasting pan and pour half of the marinade over it. Rub with fresh rosemary.
