  • 4 slices back bacon
  • 2 pork sausages
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices black pudding (about 100g)
  • 1 cup canned baked beans (240g)
  • 2 medium tomatoes, halved
  • 2 potato farls (about 150g)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add butter or oil.
  2. Crisp the back bacon and sausages for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Add black pudding and halved tomatoes to the skillet; cook until browned and soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, fry potato farls until golden on both sides, approximately 4-5 minutes each side.
  5. Crack eggs into the skillet with the meats and cook to your preference (sunny-side up or scrambled) for around 3-4 minutes.
