  • 3 lbs boneless pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
  • 8 oz thick-cut tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack blend)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pulled Pork: Rub the pork shoulder with salt, garlic powder, and paprika; drizzle with apple cider vinegar.
  2. Cook: Pour half of the BBQ sauce over the pork. Cook in a slow cooker on low for 8 hours until fork-tender.
  3. Shred: Remove the pork from the cooker and shred using two forks. Mix in remaining BBQ sauce.
