  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 high-quality pork sausages
  • 4 large free-range eggs
  • 2 oz black pudding (sliced)
  • 2 slices soda bread or brown bread
  • 1 cup baked beans
  • 1 medium tomato (halved)
  • 4 oz button mushrooms (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy; remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add sausages and cook until browned all over.
  3. Crack eggs into another pan and cook sunny-side up or scrambled until whites are set but yolks remain soft.
  4. Sauté black pudding in the skillet with bacon drippings for added flavor, then add sliced mushrooms until golden brown.
  5. Toast the bread in the skillet or toaster until golden brown and grill halved tomatoes alongside until softened.
  6. Warm baked beans in a small pot over low heat, stirring occasionally.
