  • 8 oz fettuccine or linguine pasta
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for about 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  2. In a separate pot, boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Add chicken broth and lemon juice; stir to combine.
  4. Slice the rested chicken and return it to the skillet along with the drained pasta. Toss everything together to coat.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top while warm, allowing it to melt slightly before serving.
