  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, diced
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil in salted water for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and let cool.
