Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of small jars.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in whipped cream until well incorporated.
  5. Layer creamy filling over cooled crusts in each jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Top with your choice of fresh fruit or chocolate sauce before serving.
