Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk can be dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or any yogurt of choice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey for sweetness
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts optional for crunch

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into two jars or containers with lids.
Add Toppings and Refrigerate
  1. Top each jar with half of the blueberries and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
  2. Seal the jars with lids and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
Serve
  1. In the morning, remove the jars from the refrigerator.
  2. Stir the oats and enjoy cold, or heat in the microwave for a warm option.
