Prepare the Base
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are fully combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly into two jars or containers with lids.
Add Toppings and Refrigerate
- Top each jar with half of the blueberries and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
- Seal the jars with lids and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
Serve
- In the morning, remove the jars from the refrigerator.
- Stir the oats and enjoy cold, or heat in the microwave for a warm option.
