- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Add the shell pasta and Italian seasoning, cooking for about 10-12 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, mixing well to combine. Allow to heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in half of the grated parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve the creamy beef and shells topped with the remaining parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
