Method
Prepare the Base
- In a medium saucepan, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Set the Fudge
- Remove the saucepan from heat and pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Spread the mixture evenly and smooth the top with a spatula.
Add Toppings
- While the fudge is still warm, evenly sprinkle the mini marshmallows and Easter-themed chocolate candies on top.
- Gently press the toppings into the fudge with the back of a spoon.
Chill the Fudge
- Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until it is set completely.
Cut and Serve
- Once set, remove the fudge from the baking dish and cut it into squares.
- Serve and enjoy your festive Easter Fudge!
