- Once the sausage is cooked, drain excess fat if necessary and reduce heat to low.
- Add cream cheese, pimento cheese spread, and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet with the sausage.
- Stir the mixture until the cheeses are melted and everything is well combined, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with sliced green onions on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
